GM LQ4 decoding

Hi guys, a buddy of mine got a LQ4 engine coupled with a NV4500 tranny, he wants to know what the donor vehicle was, the code stamped on the block is:12551364

Any idea to how to decode that? cannot find any help on the net, any help will be greatly apprecciated, thank you.
