Retorquing intake manifold SBC

Hello guys just a quick question here. I have had my small block chevy in my truck for about a week now and after several heat cycles I need to re torque the intake manifold but I have just a couple of questions. First I know the torque is supposed to be 25ftlbs but I no longer have cast iron heads but aluminum heads and I am afraid to try to put 25ftlbs of torque on the bolts cause don't want to strip them. Would 20 be enough? Also I can't get my torque wrench on all the bolts just the ones up front and the driver side ones in rear. But I can only get a wrench on the 4 center ones and hardly get anything on the passenger side rear bolts? This is the old style slanted intake pattern most common on 87 and earlier small block chevy's. Any of you guys on here able to torque them all with a torque wrench and can I safely torque the bolts to 25 without stripping the threads in the heads.
Thanks guys sorry to bother. First time here with aluminum heads.
