SBC Pulleys

I am building a 400 SBC and recently purchased a new crank and water pump pulley. When I tried to install them they do not clear each other on the outside diameter. The crank pulley OD is approx. 7 1/8" and the water pump pulley is approx. 7".

Did I get BBC parts by mistake or is the size just not correct for Chevy?
