Hey guys, I'm having some trouble diagnosing a miss under load in my truck. Anyway, it's a 350 with a Q-Jet running 8 degrees advance initial timing. Starts up and idles normally and can't replicate the miss while revving the motor in park. While accelerating it goes smooth until about 35mph (sorry no tach in the truck), I'd guess around 2500-3000rpm. Once it hits this range the motor bogs and misses until i let off the gas. I changed both my fuel filters, double checked timing and vacuum at idle. Problem seems to get worse as the truck gets closer to normal operating temp. Haven't pulled my plugs yet, will do that when I have a day off next. Could it be a dead plug wire?
