Can you spot what is wrong with this head?

So my 95 Accord lost a cylinder and the exhaust failed the rag test. I pulled the head to see what was up. The engine has 379,000 miles on it. It's been my beater for 9 years. Around 230,000 miles a NGK plug failed while I driving and dropped a piece of the insulator into the cylinder, creating a deep gouge in the cylinder wall. The car did not burn any noticeable amount of oil up until that point. Afterwards it was instantly burning 1 quart every 1,000 miles. After years more wear and tear I'm up to a quart about ever 400 miles. Around 270,000 miles I did a head gasket. At that time I sent the head out to be milled and then lapped the valves. I'm sure everyone can guess which cylinder is burning most of the oil.

The valve seat looks fine, I may just replace those two valves and clean the others up. I also might replace the whole head. Any other car I would just swap the motor but I've had it for so long and so much on the car is original I'd rather patch it up and keep driving it. It's been by far the most reliable car I've ever owned.

I'm not a mechanic so any thoughts you have let know, especially if you've seen worse. I'm thinking the extra heat from the oil burning fatigued the valve, plus the carbon build up must be like having a charcoal briquette stuck on there.

Something that is weird, the head bolts smell terrible. Like burned gear lube. It's only the head bolts not the head, they are stinking up my parents garage.
