400 small block heads recommendation?

Have a 400 small block approx. 30k mi on rebuild when I bought it. Has stock intake and 4 barrel carb and heads. Have a Edelbrock Performer intake to put on. Would like some advise for what to do with the heads and carb. Looking to get around 350-400HP with good low to mid range torque. Want a nice street able car with ability to light um up. Don't know what cam is in it has a little lope to it but idles fine. Probably a mild cam over stock.
