Big Block Buick Help

A buddy of mine is building his first engine, a BBB, 455 (+.030" overbore).

It'll be pretty mild to match his 3.08 rear:

9:1 (maybe a hair more) compression
Stock heads that I'll likely do some port work on for him and a valve job
Performer intake manifold
750cfm or so carb
1 3/4" headers (about all we can find)
HEI
VooDoo 262 cam on a 108LSA instead of the 112

Any "super secret Buick" tips or tricks that we should know about?

Also, is there any way someone can run a dyno simulation of this- no I don't know the head flow numbers, just looking for a ballpark curve printout to give him.

As my WAG I'm guessing he'll be around 500ftlb and 425hp when we're done, should get "decent" mileage and be a fun street/cruise in car when we're done. It's going in a '70 GS.

Cam Specs:
Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 262/268
Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 219/227
Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .484/.505
LSA/ICL: 108/104
Valve Lash (Int/Exh): Hyd/Hyd
RPM Range: 1300-5500
