1989 Chevy Caprice 5.0l TBI tries to stall when stopping or decelerating. Actually knocks badly and oil light flickers when exiting highway. Dies when shifting into drive or reverse, but idles fine in neutral or park. Drives fine with cruise control set. Cold start is fine, but once warm it starts acting up. I've replaced TPS, EGR, IAC, Coolant temp sensor, MAP sensor, fuel filter, pcv valve, o2 sensor, cap, rotor, spark plugs and wires, thermostat, radiator hoses, most vacuum hoses, radiator and water pump. Have brand new distributor, but haven't installed. All original with under 26k miles. Sat for years.Performed fresh oil change. Added Marvel Mystery Oil and ran 80 miles to clean out sludge. What's going on?
