I have a 88 3/4 ton Chevy pickup with a 350 with tbi injection. Everything was running fine. I drive to the store, come out to start it up and all it does is crank. Just like it was out of gas. The tow truck takes me home and then, when home, it starts right up. With out diagnosing anything I change the fuel pump thinking maybe the problem is solved. While stopped at a stoplight a week later the vehicle dies. I try to start it and it just cranks. About 5 min. later while cranking and pressing the gas pedal up and down quickly it starts and gets me home. Where do I start trying to figure out what is wrong? Thanks.
