I recently purchased an sbc 350 long block assembly with converter and 700r for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I intend to retro-fit into a 55 stude . I am converting the engine from a TPI setup to an Edelbrock 1406, not being a chevy guy, I don't know the correct water pump and distributor for the conversion . Can anyone help avoid the hassle of returning parts ?
