Do I need to balance my crank ?

I have a vortec 350 block out of my mother's tahoe which was running good when removed

I have plans to send it out to the machine shop to get it decked to zero, bored out .30 over

I will be using the stock crank, rods, and new hypereutectic pistons

my cam will be a lunati 60120 hydraulic roller, 211/219 @.50 112 lsa

I don't think I'll be revving the engine above 5200 rpm

is it necessary to have my crank balanced ?
