Exhaust manifold problems

I'm using a late 70's or early 80's 350 in an 89 Trans Am GTA with TPI. What I didn't know was that the original motor had the oil dipstick on the passenger side while the current motor has it on the drivers side. Furthermore, all of the bolts fit except the last one on the number 8 piston.

I need a manifold or headers that fit the late 70's or early 80's heads yet has the TPI components I need for the motor to run properly. The most I can spend is 500, but I want to keep it as low as possible. I doubt new heads would be the cheap alternative I need. Perhaps used heads would work. In any case, I'm not sure what would fit besides heads off of an 89 Trans Am 350... that I can't seem to find anywhere.

I want to try to stick as close to original as possible. Not looking to "build" the motor just yet, since I don't have the money to put into a gas hog. I could always use a flexible oil dipstick instead of the nice looking one I currently own. It would also be nice if someone had a more complete diagram for the wiring... such as where to run the wires and what bolts to mount them to as well as where they plug in.
