Oil Pan Pressure?

The engine in my `57 Chevy is a Gen 1 355cid sbc with early double hump heads that are ported/polished/machined and outfitted with 1.6/2.02 Manley valves, screw in studs, Isky roller rockers, moly push rods, titanium keepers, double springs, stud guides/girdles, solid lifters, 3,000-7,000rpm power band cam. Crank and rods are forged 350/350 gm and pistons are forged flat top 10:1 hyper. 7 qt. pan/baffle and high pressure oil pump are Molidon. Engine is topped with Edelbrock C-26 intake with 2 500cfm Performer carbs. Valve covers are tall aluminum cast Trick Flow that came w/o holes/baffles for PCV. When first taking car out on highway to run through power pulls (2500-5500 rpms) to seat rings/engine break-in I got a lot of oil pushed up by rings and plugs fouled immediately. Oil blow by has gotten better and I also have carbs much better adjusted for A/F mixture.
I started the engine up yesterday and warmed up to further adjust carbs and I noticed a "puddle" of oil on garage floor under the dipstick tube. I have added a special PVC valve breather with baffle to the front driver side valve cover and the add oil tube also has a breather cap. Am I still over pressured in the oil pan? Do I need to add/plumb in a remote lower engine breather system? If yes, what system is recommended?
Bob:(
