Oil pump dowel on a Ford??

I've got a fuel pump eccentric kit coming from, Summit,
Comp cams.
The description states "Engine Finishing Hardware, Head Dowels, Camshaft Bolts, Crank Key, Oil Pump Dowel, Camshaft Eccentric,Ford,Kit "
Is that just a generic statement, my oil pump didn't have any dowels.
